New Years Resolutions

Everybody no matter how old, young, short or tall always makes some sort of New years resolution from 'being a better person' to getting fit, January is always a busy month.  So we decided to gather some of our own New Years resolutions, so here goes..

1. Getting Fit
Getting fit is at the top of everyone's New Years list and ours included.  But you have to know that there is a difference between getting fit and getting thin, we want to promote a happy, healthy body image through our blog, and we want everyone no matter what shape or size to be happy in their own skin.  So back to getting fit, this . mean running down to your nearest sports shop and buying every single pair of sports leggings and tops.  You can improve your fitness by going for a walk at lunch, doing a few simple exercises or even dancing around to your favourite tunes! 

2. 'Me Time'
The holiday season is a busy time for everyone so lots of people, including ourselves aim to have a more peaceful and relaxed New Year.  'Me Time' can go from reading a book, having a pamper day or our favourite going for a shopping spree.  But really just going for a short walk or relaxing by the tv can really let the head rest.

3. Being More Positive
The post Christmas blues can hit everyone like a tonne of bricks, the idea of going back to work or school can be daunting!  But this year, we are going to try and stay positive in everything we do and strive for a healthy mental health!

4.  Looking After Yourself
This year, we are both going to try keep our skin, nails and hair as healthy as ever!  This can be done just by drinking lots of water, taking off your make up.. even when you're tired and even letting your hair down to breath!
