I moustache you a question

Hey guys!
What do you think of the moustache trend?

I know it's dated but we love it so much we just had to write about it before it ends. It's just too cute.

This trend hit the high street hard in summer 2012. The moustache trend is Quirky, whimsical and super fun!

It's believed that the fake moustache trend originated with hipsters as a way to mock conventional ideals of fashion and style.

I personally love the trend. I bought a lot of pieces over the summer! I did the trend on my nails a few times too and it was super cute. The colours in this trend are usually pastel or black & white.

Here are a few of our favourite moustache fashion pieces.

What do you think of the trend?

Beyonce~Heat Review

Hi Guys!
So I decided I would do my first perfume review today.
This review is going to be on Beyonce's perfume, heat. This has a retail price of approximately £20.00 for a 100ml bottle. I thought this price is amazing for what you get.

It has such a nice smell, which isn't too heavy nor too light. It lasts through everything from running through the rain to sweating through a work-out. It has a cute bottle that isn't too OTT either.

It's also one of the number one celebrity scents in the United States.

The scent is floral and fruity. It  features radiant floral bouquet of red vanilla orchid, magnolia and neroli, balanced with a kiss of luscious blush peach.

For the packaging/presentation I would give it 3/5 and for the scent 4/5.

Let me know what you think of this perfume or if you want me to do a review on any!

What's in My Bag #1

Hey guys,

Sorry we haven't posted in awhile, but we're back!  Today's post is about every girls must have; a handbag.  Handbags are so important for shopping to school!  It is a fashion must have.

There are millions of different bags to suit millions of different people, but here's our favourite:

It's the Geo Studded Holdall from Topshop and costs £40.00

We personally like bigger bags for the simple reason that it holds more!
Anyway, here's what's in our bag:

1) Mobile Phone (iPhone)
We would't go ANYWHERE without are mobile phones and either should you!

2) House/Car Keys
Well if you are lucky enough to own a car you really shouldn't go far without it.  For the rest of us walkers and lift takers we bring our house keys, because you never know when you are gonna be locked out and waiting for someone to come home.

3) Tissues
Even when we don't have a cold or the flu we also bring a travel pack of tissues with us, just in case!

4) Mascara and lip gloss
We would never leave the house without knowing that there is a mascara and lip gloss somewhere in our bags!

5) Bottle of Water
We would always, always, always put a bottle of water in our handbags when leaving the house.  Hydration is the key!

6) Purse
No matter how rich or poor you are, always bring your purse with you.  You never know you might stumble upon a one day only 90% off sale!

7) Umbrella
This needs no explaining..

8) Chewing gum/ Breath spray
Garlic bread with lunch, you know what we mean.

After rummaging through our bags and picking out the last few stray pennies, we think that's about it!  Let us know what's in your bag.

Gurls with Curls

Hi guys,
This is a special post for all ye girls (and guys!) who have, lets call it voluminous curly hair like me!  I often get asked, even by friends and family, how to I get my curls so perfect.  It's simple!  There is no expensive products, fancy mouses and special drying treatments!  Here's my curly hair care routine:

1) Embrace your curls
This is key if you want to keep your curly hair happy and healthy.  I'm not saying to never blow dry or straighten your hair, but just leave it be sometimes.  To be honest, I can't even remember the last time I blow dried my hair after a shower, I always just let it dry naturally and be itself!  This keeps your hair strong and frizz free.

2) Aussie Products
Aussie, well what can I say, it completely transforms my hair!  Whenever we're out of the shampoo/conditioner at home, my hair genuinely suffers!  I personally believe that Aussie Frizz Miracle shampoo and conditioner are the best suited to curly hair, cause as you all know as well as me us curl gurls can sometimes suffer from frizz!  I also find that Aussie's Luscious Long Leave In Conditioner Spray is great for quick touch ups before going out.

3) Condition, Condition, Condition!
Keeping your hair conditioned is extremely important for keeping your curls lush and vibrant!  No lie, I put so much conditioner in my hair!  I always found that curly hair can get so dry and it always needs that bit more conditioner.

So that's my curly hair tips! Try them out and let me know what you think! I'd love to here your hair care routines as well.

Geek Chic: Scrunchies, Sweaters, Socks and Sneakers

Hey guys!
So you probably saw this new trend in a fashion magazine, shop, blog etc. If not, here's a pic of the trend at
Ashish's Spring/Summer 13 Collection at London Fashion week.

Geek chic was the theme of Ashish's Spring/Summer show as scruffy but cool models paraded the catwalkFrench music boomed through the speakers as the models strutted in mis-matched shorts

I'm not really a huge fan of the trend. Although I think it would look nice on quirky and unusual people that aren't afraid to try it out. This trend has been featured in a few of my favourite high fashion shops such as: Topshop, Bershka and American Apparel. It has also been featured in a lot of runway shows during London fashion week.

My favourite part of the trend is probably the jumper or the socks. Especially this month I've been a big fan of jumpers and I've been wearing them often because the weather is so chilly this time of the year. When it comes to jumpers you don't really have to make an effort because they go with anything and there's such fashionable ones around the place. I like the socks because I think they look so cute with a dress/skirt. If you're going for the vintage look it works very well also.

I think this trend would be perfect if you're going for an effortless look or even going for a sporty or geek chic vibe.

That's my thought on the trend. What's yours?
Would you be courageous enough to pull it off?
Please leave a comment below!

Benefit They're Real Mascara Review

Hi guys,
I always found mascara a tricky thing to buy.  There are so many brands, styles, brushes that claim to give you perfect long eyelashes but who really know which brand is the best!

Today I'm reviewing Benefit's They're Real Mascara.  It claims to be World's #1 Mascara so I was eager to try it out.  I borrowed a friends one a couple of months ago and absolutely adored it!  I am lucky enough to have natural long eyelashes, but on the other hand my eyelashes are as white as snow, so I always have to wear a little bit of mascara.  The They're Real mascara nearly doubled the length of my lashes and gave them a really defiant eye opening look.

After my great first experience with the mascara I decided to buy it for myself.  I bought it in Debenhams for €25, this included the normal mascara and a smaller handbag sized version of the mascara that comes in really handy when travelling. After I bought it I began to experiment a small bit with the mascara and I noticed that it works best when I curled my eyelashes before hand.  I also found that it works really well with eyeliner as it gives my lashes a really thick look (which comes in handy when I mess up my eyeliner!)

So that's it for today's review! Let me know what you what you think of Benefit's They're Real mascara and what's your favourite mascara and why!
